Terms & Conditions
- For each completed eligible night’s stay, a MYR300 resort credit will be awarded. The resort credit is applicable to all bills on Food & Beverage outlets (including alcoholic beverages and Spa Village treatments).
- The resort credit cannot be used towards room rate, prevailing service charge and taxes or gratuities.
- The resort credit will be applied to the guest folio at the time of check-out. Upon check-out, any remaining resort credit is deemed to have expired. Resort credit is non-transferrable, has no cash value and may not be used towards a future stay.
- E.g. For a two-night stay, a MYR600 resort credit will be rewarded, and applicable to all bills on Food & Beverage outlets. If MYR500 resort credit is used on F&B, the remaining MYR100 will be forfeited. If MYR700 is spent on F&B, the remaining MYR100 will be borne by the guest.
- All room types have a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child (aged 11 and under).
- All activities and dining experiences are subject to availability and weather conditions.
- Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking and is refundable up to 14 days before the original date of arrival.
- Guests may modify their reservation up to 7 times provided that the change is made no less than 7 days before arrival and for stays no later than one year from the original date of arrival.
- In the event that there is a COVID-19 related travel, health or quarantine restriction, we ask that guests contact us immediately to discuss their options.
- Complimentary date changes are subject to resort availability. Any changes will be subjected to an additional top up.
- Offer is subject to availability, is not applicable for groups above 6 rooms and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

- Room rates are subject to a government tourism tax (“Tourism Tax”) of MYR10 per room per night. The Tourism Tax will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out. Malaysian citizens (MyKad) and permanent residents (MyPR) are exempted. It is mandatory to produce MyKad or MyPR upon check-in for registration and identification of nationality and citizenship purposes.
- Rates are subject to prevailing service charge and taxes.
- Rates and terms from this offer cannot be applied to any previous bookings made.
- Room rates are subject to government heritage tax (“Heritage Tax”) of MYR2 per room per night. The Heritage Tax will be charged at the hotel and payment to be made upon check-out.
