Malacca is located approximately 245 km north of the equator and therefore has a maritime equatorial (hot and humid) climate, where days are uniformly hot and sunny with intermittent showers year round. Daytime temperature averages between 22° C to 32° C (70° F to 90° F) with high humidity. Loose and light summer clothing with natural fabrics is recommended for most outdoor activities. |
